Job Description

Fintrek Marketing is hiring Sales Executives and Team Leaders in the Personal Loan division to join our expanding team in Abu Dhabi. We are looking for motivated, target-driven individuals with a proven track record in sales who are eager to grow their careers in the financial sector.

Open Positions

Sales Executive – Personal Loan

• Minimum 6 months of experience in personal loan sales (UAE or home country).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to generate leads and convert them into successful sales.
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure.

Team Leader – Personal Loan

• Minimum 1 year of experience in personal loan sales or in a leadership role.
• Proven record of achieving sales targets and managing a team.
• Ability to train, guide, and motivate sales staff.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.

Key Requirements (Both Roles)

• Proven track record in personal loan sales.
• Self-motivated, ambitious, and target-oriented.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
