Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and tech-savvy Sales Executive with strong experience in electronics and mobile product sales. The ideal candidate is target-driven, passionate about technology, and confident in delivering exceptional customer service while achieving sales KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sell mobile phones, gadgets, electronics, and tech accessories to walk-in customers.
• Demonstrate excellent product knowledge of smartphones, tablets, wearables, and related technology.
• Explain product features, compare models, and provide personalized recommendations.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets, conversion rates, and other sales KPIs.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction through professional communication and service.
• Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business.
• Assist customers with product setup, basic troubleshooting, and after-sales support.
• Maintain store display, product arrangement, and stock accuracy.
• Track customer inquiries, feedback, and sales progress using CRM or POS systems.
• Contribute to achieving store-level sales, revenue, and customer retention goals.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of retail sales experience, including
• At least 2 years in electronics / mobile / technology sales
• Proven record of achieving sales targets and KPIs.
• Strong ability to operate and explain tech products (smartphones, tablets, wearables, etc.).
• Excellent communication, selling, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
• Native Arabic Speaker (Mandatory)
• Conversational English (Mandatory)
• Tech-savvy, fast learner, and passionate about the latest products and trends.
• Target-driven, self-motivated, organized, and able to work under pressure.
• Customer-focused with a positive attitude and strong service mindset.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, high-traffic retail environments.

Preferred Qualities:

• Experience in electronics retail brands (mobile shops, gadget stores, telecom outlets).
• Familiarity with sales reporting, CRM tools, and KPI tracking.
• High enthusiasm for new technology and continuous learning.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From QAR4,000.00 per month
