Sultan Group is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive with a strong background in telesales to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales, and maintaining strong relationships with customers, all while contributing to the company's growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Telesales: Make outbound calls to potential clients, offering products/services, and addressing client needs to generate new sales opportunities.
- Lead Generation & Qualification: Identify and qualify prospects, ensuring alignment with Sultan Group’s offerings and target markets.
- Sales Presentations: Conduct telesales presentations, demonstrate product benefits, and effectively handle objections to drive conversions.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to encourage repeat business and long-term loyalty.
- Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, ensuring consistent revenue growth for the company.
- Data Management: Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and progress using CRM software.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment on messaging, campaigns, and promotions.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role, with a strong focus on telesales and cold calling.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage and influence decision-makers.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and MS Office Suite.
- Results-oriented with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- A positive attitude, resilience, and a strong work ethic.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in Real Estate Sales.
- Knowledge of Real Estate terms.
- Fluency in Urdu & English.
