We are a growing U.S.-based dispatch company seeking Sales Executives who can generate leads, close deals, and expand our network of carriers and clients across the United States.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Reach out to and onboard new trucking companies (owner-operators and fleet owners) for dispatch services.
• Present and promote dispatch services to potential clients through cold calling, emails, and follow-ups.
• Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions to increase load bookings.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with carriers and clients.
• Work closely with the dispatch team to ensure smooth operations after onboarding.
• Meet weekly and monthly targets for carrier onboarding and revenue growth.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in sales, cold calling, telemarketing, or B2B communication (preferred).
• Previous experience with USA Truck Dispatch campaigns or logistics sales is an advantage.
• Strong English communication and negotiation skills.
• Basic knowledge of the U.S. freight market (training will be provided).
• Self-motivated, confident, and able to perform in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working night shifts aligned with the U.S. time zone.
