Sales Executive - Truck dispatching experience

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Sales Executive with prior experience in the Dispatch/Logistics industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, acquiring clients, maintaining customer relationships, and coordinating with dispatch operations to ensure smooth service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

* Identify and develop new business opportunities in the dispatch/logistics sector

* Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and online platforms

* Build and maintain strong client relationships

* Understand client transportation and dispatch requirements and offer suitable solutions

* Coordinate with dispatch teams to ensure operational efficiency and customer satisfaction

* Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs

* Prepare sales reports and maintain CRM records

* Conduct market research and competitor analysis

* Negotiate pricing and service agreements with clients

Requirements:

* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field

* 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in dispatch, trucking, logistics, or freight services

* Strong communication and negotiation skills

* Familiarity with dispatch operations and trucking terminology

* Ability to work in a target-oriented environment

* Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools

* Excellent interpersonal and client management skills
