We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales and Business Development:
• Identify, generate, and develop new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
• Promote and sell company products or services to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Client Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
• Deliver presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
• Sales Strategy and Planning:
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies.
• Prepare and execute a strategic sales plan to meet short- and long-term goals.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to refine strategies.
• Negotiate contracts and terms with clients to secure profitable deals.
• Follow up on leads and manage the sales pipeline to close deals effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
• Provide regular reports on sales performance and market insights to management.
