Sales Executive – Uniforms (B2B)

We are urgently seeking motivated, proactive, and target-driven Sales Executives to join our growing team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in corporate uniform or apparel sales and a strong background in developing and managing B2B accounts across various industries.

This role requires a results-oriented professional who can drive revenue growth, build long-term client relationships, and consistently achieve sales targets in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients through regular meetings and follow-ups
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities to support company growth
  • Expand the B2B customer base across industries such as labor, hospitality, healthcare, education, and events
  • Achieve and exceed assigned monthly and annual sales targets
  • Represent the company at exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events to generate leads
  • Deliver professional product presentations and provide customized uniform solutions based on client needs
  • Negotiate pricing and commercial terms, and successfully close sales agreements
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction to foster long-term partnerships

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience in corporate uniforms, garments, PPE, or related industries within the UAE
  • Strong knowledge of the UAE market and established corporate client network
  • Valid UAE driving license (own vehicle preferred)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
