We are urgently seeking motivated, proactive, and target-driven Sales Executives to join our growing team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in corporate uniform or apparel sales and a strong background in developing and managing B2B accounts across various industries.
This role requires a results-oriented professional who can drive revenue growth, build long-term client relationships, and consistently achieve sales targets in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients through regular meetings and follow-ups
- Identify and secure new business opportunities to support company growth
- Expand the B2B customer base across industries such as labor, hospitality, healthcare, education, and events
- Achieve and exceed assigned monthly and annual sales targets
- Represent the company at exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events to generate leads
- Deliver professional product presentations and provide customized uniform solutions based on client needs
- Negotiate pricing and commercial terms, and successfully close sales agreements
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction to foster long-term partnerships
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience in corporate uniforms, garments, PPE, or related industries within the UAE
- Strong knowledge of the UAE market and established corporate client network
- Valid UAE driving license (own vehicle preferred)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
