Sales Executive (Upwork & Freelancer Platforms)

About the Role

Bluemount Solutions is hiring a Sales Executive who can generate leads and close deals through platforms like Upwork and Freelancer. This role is ideal for someone who understands client psychology, writes strong proposals, and can confidently convert conversations into paying clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and bid on relevant projects on Upwork and Freelancer
• Write high-converting, customized proposals based on client requirements
• Handle client communication through chat and convert leads into sales
• Follow up with prospects and maintain a strong pipeline
• Understand client needs and pitch suitable services (Web Development, Design, Marketing)
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project onboarding

Requirements

• 6 months to 1 year experience in sales, bidding, or lead generation (Upwork/Freelancer preferred)
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong written English for proposal writing and client communication
• Ability to handle objections and close deals via chat
• Basic understanding of digital marketing, design, and web services

Preferred Skills

• Experience in international client dealing
• Calling/closing skills (a plus)
• Familiarity with Upwork algorithms and bidding strategies
• Understanding of pricing strategies and project scoping

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
