Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telesales Representative to join our USA-based international sales campaign. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, presenting products/services, and closing sales while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to USA-based clients to promote and sell company products/services
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer interactions in CRM
  • Handle customer objections professionally and close sales effectively
  • Follow company scripts, sales strategies, and compliance guidelines
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude during all customer interactions

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 6 months – 1 year of experience in international telesales / call center sales (USA campaign preferred)
  • Excellent English communication and listening skills
  • Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Ability to work in night shifts (USA time zone)
  • Target-oriented with a sales-driven mindset
  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in outbound sales campaigns (USA)
  • Ability to handle pressure and meet sales targets
  • Confident, energetic, and customer-focused personality
