Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telesales Representative to join our USA-based international sales campaign. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, presenting products/services, and closing sales while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to USA-based clients to promote and sell company products/services
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer interactions in CRM
- Handle customer objections professionally and close sales effectively
- Follow company scripts, sales strategies, and compliance guidelines
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude during all customer interactions
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Minimum 6 months – 1 year of experience in international telesales / call center sales (USA campaign preferred)
- Excellent English communication and listening skills
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills
- Ability to work in night shifts (USA time zone)
- Target-oriented with a sales-driven mindset
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems
