Sales Executive - USA Based

ABS International is hiring Outbound Sales Executives for its growing international sales team in Karachi.

Location: Gulistan-e-Johar, Karachi (On-site)
Salary Package: PKR 50,000 – 75,000 + Uncapped Commissions & Performance Bonuses

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective international clients
• Present company services professionally and build client interest
• Handle objections confidently and work toward achieving sales targets
• Maintain accurate lead and customer records in CRM systems
• Collaborate with team members to improve sales performance and conversion strategies

Candidate Requirements:

• Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• Strong spoken English and communication skills
• Confident, self-motivated, and target-oriented mindset
• Fresh graduates and students are encouraged to apply
• Previous experience in BPO or sales is an advantage

Available Fixed Shifts:

• 06:00 PM – 02:00 AM
• 08:00 PM – 04:00 AM
• 10:00 PM – 06:00 AM

Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Weekly Off: Sunday
