Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in the USA market, strong cold-calling abilities, and a track record of generating and closing sales opportunities independently. This role requires excellent communication skills, confidence in speaking with business owners and decision-makers, and the ability to manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct cold outreach and generate qualified leads from cold data.
- Make 100+ outbound calls daily to potential clients in the USA market.
- Engage with business owners, executives, and key decision-makers.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, from initial contact to deal closure.
- Handle objections professionally and negotiate effectively.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM systems.
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships.
- Consistently achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
- Follow up with prospects and ensure timely conversion of opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional client experiences.
Requirements
- Fluent English communication skills (Mandatory).
- Proven experience in USA B2B sales.
- Strong cold-calling and lead-generation experience.
- Excellent objection handling and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong pipeline management and CRM experience.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
- Professional attitude and strong work ethic.
- On-site availability in Bahria Town, Karachi.

- Generate sales opportunities through cold outreach.

- Generate $5,000+ in monthly sales revenue.
