Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in the USA market, strong cold-calling abilities, and a track record of generating and closing sales opportunities independently. This role requires excellent communication skills, confidence in speaking with business owners and decision-makers, and the ability to manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct cold outreach and generate qualified leads from cold data.
  • Make 100+ outbound calls daily to potential clients in the USA market.
  • Engage with business owners, executives, and key decision-makers.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle, from initial contact to deal closure.
  • Handle objections professionally and negotiate effectively.
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM systems.
  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships.
  • Consistently achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Follow up with prospects and ensure timely conversion of opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional client experiences.

Requirements

  • Fluent English communication skills (Mandatory).
  • Proven experience in USA B2B sales.
  • Strong cold-calling and lead-generation experience.
  • Excellent objection handling and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong pipeline management and CRM experience.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
  • Professional attitude and strong work ethic.
  • On-site availability in Bahria Town, Karachi.

Performance Expectations

  • Generate sales opportunities through cold outreach.
  • Consistently make 100+ outbound calls per day.
  • Independently close deals and achieve monthly targets.
  • Generate $5,000+ in monthly sales revenue.
  • Effectively manage prospects from first contact to final closing.
  • Maintain strong follow-up discipline and pipeline management.
