Job Summary
The Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting and selling jewellery products while delivering excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should have strong sales skills, product knowledge, and experience handling gold, diamond, or luxury jewellery items.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Promote and sell gold, diamond, and luxury jewellery items
- Provide accurate product information, pricing, and gemstone details
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Maintain showroom displays and product presentation standards
- Handle billing, POS systems, and cash/card transactions
- Build long-term customer relationships and repeat sales
- Ensure security, cleanliness, and proper handling of jewellery items
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Sales Executive in a jewellery showroom
- Good knowledge of gold, diamonds, gemstones, and jewellery trends
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Customer-oriented with a positive attitude
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
- Knowledge of POS systems and inventory management is an advantage
Preferred Skills
- Experience in luxury retail or high-end brands
- Multilingual skills (Arabic, English, Hindi, or Tagalog is an advantage)
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
