Key Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Greet clients, understand preferences, offer personalized recommendations, explain features (craftsmanship, materials, pricing).
- Sales Achievement: Meet or exceed individual and store sales targets, drive sales through promotions, and encourage repeat business.
- Product Expertise: Maintain in-depth knowledge of current jewelry trends, products, and promotions.
- Visual Merchandising: Ensure showroom displays are attractive, organized, and clean, and merchandise is presented beautifully.
- Transaction Management: Process sales accurately using POS systems, handle payments, and manage customer returns/complaints professionally.
- Inventory & Stock: Conduct stock checks, manage replenishment, and report discrepancies to ensure product availability.
- Client Relations: Build strong, lasting relationships with customers for loyalty and repeat sales.
- Reporting: Prepare sales reports and provide market feedback to management.

- Proven sales experience (luxury retail preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent customer service orientation.
- Ability to work towards targets and handle pressure.
