Sales Executive Wanted

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Engagement: Greet clients, understand preferences, offer personalized recommendations, explain features (craftsmanship, materials, pricing).
  • Sales Achievement: Meet or exceed individual and store sales targets, drive sales through promotions, and encourage repeat business.
  • Product Expertise: Maintain in-depth knowledge of current jewelry trends, products, and promotions.
  • Visual Merchandising: Ensure showroom displays are attractive, organized, and clean, and merchandise is presented beautifully.
  • Transaction Management: Process sales accurately using POS systems, handle payments, and manage customer returns/complaints professionally.
  • Inventory & Stock: Conduct stock checks, manage replenishment, and report discrepancies to ensure product availability.
  • Client Relations: Build strong, lasting relationships with customers for loyalty and repeat sales.
  • Reporting: Prepare sales reports and provide market feedback to management.

Key Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in retail sales (luxury fashion or jewelry preferred)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service
  • Results-driven with the ability to meet and exceed targets
  • Good knowledge of jewelry, fashion trends, and materials
  • Professional appearance and presentation
