Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to manage and grow our wholesale fresh products business (fruits, vegetables, dairy, meat, or other perishable goods). The role involves developing strong relationships with wholesale buyers, retailers, and food service clients while ensuring consistent sales growth and high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with wholesalers, supermarkets, restaurants, and other bulk buyers
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, negotiation, order processing, and payment follow-up
- Monitor market trends, pricing, and competitor activity
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of fresh products
- Ensure proper handling and quality standards of perishable goods
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback
- Handle customer complaints and ensure quick resolution
Candidate Preference:
- Experience: Either experienced candidate from the wholesale/fresh produce market or freshers with a strong flair for sales
- Nationality/Background Preference: Ideally, candidates from Kerala
- Qualification: Plus Two or above (Prefer Bachelor’s Degree)
- Age: Below 25 years
- Language Skills (Added Advantage): Hindi and Tamil
