Technoavia is a leading manufacturer and supplier of high-quality workwear, uniforms, and personal protective equipment (PPE), serving clients across industrial, corporate, and service sectors.

Role Overview:
The Sales Executive will play a key role in developing new business opportunities, strengthening client relationships, and driving sales performance within healthcare and hospitality segments. This role requires an experienced professional with a deep understanding of product requirements and procurement dynamics in these industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within hospitals, clinics, hotels, and catering companies.
  • Manage and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and product presentations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (production, design, and logistics) to meet client specifications and delivery timelines.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing to help shape effective sales strategies.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company’s overall growth objectives in the GCC region.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales of workwear, uniforms, or PPE.
  • Proven sales experience in the healthcare and/or hospitality industries is mandatory.
  • Strong network and proven track record in the GCC market preferred.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple accounts independently.
