Sales Executive/Account Manager

A Toys Key Account Sales Executive is responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients in the toy industry, maximizing sales within those accounts, and driving business growth. This role involves strategic planning, negotiation, and a deep understanding of both the client's needs and the broader market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management:

Serving as the primary point of contact for key clients, building and maintaining strong, trusting relationships.

  • Sales Strategy and Execution:

Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand business within existing accounts.

  • Account Planning:

Creating detailed account plans that outline objectives, strategies, and tactics for achieving sales growth within key accounts.

  • Negotiation and Contract Management:

Negotiating contracts and agreements with key clients to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.

  • Business Development:

Identifying new opportunities for growth within existing accounts and developing strategies to capitalize on them. Driving business growth by capturing new clients.

  • Cross-selling and Upselling:

Identifying opportunities to expand sales by offering related products or services to existing clients.

  • Collaboration:

Working closely with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product development, customer service, logistics) to ensure client needs are met and to drive overall client satisfaction.

  • Market Analysis:

Staying informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify potential opportunities and challenges.

  • Reporting and Analysis:

Tracking sales performance, analyzing key account metrics, and providing regular reports to management.

  • Problem Solving:

Addressing client issues and resolving any concerns or complaints that may arise.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Sales Experience: Proven track record of success in sales, particularly in managing key accounts. Preferably 5 years of toy category sales experience in UAE and Gulf.
  • Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Negotiation Skills: Excellent negotiation skills and experience in negotiating contracts and agreements.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement strategic sales plans.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze sales data and market trends.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve client issues.
  • Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the toy industry, market trends, and customer preferences in the Middle East.
  • Driving License: Required.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office and other computer programs.
  • Passion for toys or consumer products is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED9,500.00 per month
