Sales Executive(Automotive Parts - Light Vehicles - Indoor & Outdoor Sales))

Roles and Responsibilities for Indoor Sales Executive:-

  • Manage incoming inquiries from customers via phone, email, or in-person visits regarding heavy vehicle spare parts.
  • Prepare quotations, process orders, and coordinate with warehouse and logistics for timely delivery.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with workshops, fleet operators, and dealerships.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions, orders, and payments accurately.
  • Follow up on pending orders, payments, and customer requirements.
  • Assist outdoor sales executives by providing product information, stock availability, and technical support.
  • Stay updated on product specifications, market trends, and competitor activities.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Handle customer complaints and provide solutions in a timely manner.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products.
  • Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate records of client interactions and orders.

Requirements:-

  • Holds a minimum of 2 years of UAE sales experience within the automotive parts industry.
  • Demonstrates a strong understanding of automotive parts, including their function, application, and market dynamics.
  • Proven experience in automotive spare parts sales-light vehicles.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage outdoor sales activities.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
  • Customer-focused with strong relationship-building skills.
  • Target-oriented and results-driven.
  • Knowledge of automotive mechanics and spare parts.
  • Existing client network in the automotive industry.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
