- Manage incoming inquiries from customers via phone, email, or in-person visits regarding heavy vehicle spare parts.
- Prepare quotations, process orders, and coordinate with warehouse and logistics for timely delivery.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with workshops, fleet operators, and dealerships.
- Maintain records of customer interactions, orders, and payments accurately.
- Follow up on pending orders, payments, and customer requirements.
- Assist outdoor sales executives by providing product information, stock availability, and technical support.
- Stay updated on product specifications, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.

Requirements:-
- Holds a minimum of 2 years of UAE sales experience within the automotive parts industry.
- Demonstrates a strong understanding of automotive parts, including their function, application, and market dynamics.
- Proven experience in automotive spare parts sales-light vehicles.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage outdoor sales activities.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Customer-focused with strong relationship-building skills.
- Target-oriented and results-driven.
- Knowledge of automotive mechanics and spare parts.
- Existing client network in the automotive industry.
