Sales Executive – Landship Engineering and Construction LLC.

(Site / Building Materials)

Job Summary:

Landship Engineering and Construction LLC are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive and construction-related /services generating business opportunities, and developing strong client relationships with contractors, consultants, developers, and project owners.to construction sites, contractors, consultants, and project teams. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, visiting project sites, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

· Identify and pursue new business opportunities and project leads within the building and construction industry.

· Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, contractors,

developers, clients and consultants.

· Achieve monthly and annual sales targets in line with company objectives.

· Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust sales strategies accordingly

• Negotiate prices and close sales deals.
• Provide accurate sales forecasting and regular reporting to management.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Prepare sales reports and update management regularly.
• Coordinate delivery schedules and payment follow-ups.
• Manage Quotations, Purchase Orders (PO), and Statements of Work (SOW)

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 2–5 years of UAE experience in construction sales/site sales.
• Knowledge of construction materials, MEP, fit-out, or contracting industry.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Valid UAE Driving License preferred.
• Ability to work independently and visit multiple project sites.
