Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and target-driven Sales Executive to support business growth through lead generation and telephonic sales activities. The ideal candidate will interact with prospective customers, promote ERP solutions, generate qualified leads, and build strong customer relationships while achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make 50–60 outbound calls daily to prospective and existing customers using approved sales scripts.
  • Introduce company products and services, explain key features, and address customer queries effectively.
  • Understand customer requirements and convert leads into business opportunities.
  • Coordinate with the field sales team by sharing qualified leads when required.
  • Maintain and update customer information in ERP and CRM systems.
  • Process customer orders and support repeat business activities.
  • Track daily calls, sales performance, customer feedback, and lead status.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Basic understanding of ERP modules such as CRM, HR, Trading, Manufacturing, and Accounts.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Good spoken and written English with strong interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to handle rejection professionally and manage customer interactions effectively.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Quick learner with a proactive and target-oriented approach.
