We are seeking an energetic and target-driven Sales Executive with experience in HVAC and Building Materials. The candidate will be responsible for generating sales, managing customer relationships, promoting AC units, spare parts, and HVAC products, and expanding the company’s market presence in the UAE. Need UAE Experience. Need having experience in the same field.

---Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development

Identify new clients and business opportunities in HVAC, AC spare parts, and building materials

Generate leads, conduct client visits, and present product offerings

Prepare and submit quotations, follow up, and close sales deals

Promote AC units, compressors, motors, refrigerant gas, ducting materials, insulation, and other HVAC products

Achieve monthly and annual sales targets

Customer Relationship Management

Maintain strong relationships with existing customers

Handle customer inquiries, product details, pricing, and delivery coordination

Conduct regular follow-ups with clients on pending quotations and payments

Market Research & Reporting

Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and new products

Prepare sales reports, customer feedback, and market analysis for management

Suggest new items, pricing strategies, and promotions

Coordination & Documentation

Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for product availability and delivery

Ensure proper documentation of LPOs, quotations, delivery notes, and invoices

Work closely with the accounts team for customer payment follow-up

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field

2–5 years UAE experience in HVAC / AC Trading / Building Materials

Strong knowledge of HVAC products, AC spare parts, and building material items

Valid UAE driving license (mandatory)

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Strong interpersonal skills and confidence in field sales

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
