Sales Executive/receptionist

About Us:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive/Receptionist to join our team and help us expand our student base.

Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell the center’s educational courses and services to potential students and parents
• Handle incoming inquiries via phone, social media, walk-ins, and emails
• Conduct consultations to understand the client’s needs and recommend suitable courses
• Follow up with leads and maintain relationships with existing clients
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions
• Collaborate with the marketing team for campaigns and promotions
• Represent the center at events and exhibitions when required

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales or customer service (experience in the education field is a plus)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused attitude
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple leads
• Fluent in English and Arabic (additional languages are a plus)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
