We are looking for motivated and passionate Sales Executives to join our dynamic team.

Ideal candidates will play a key role in driving company growth by selling residential and commercial units, understanding client needs, conducting property tours, and ensuring successful deal closures.

Key Responsibilities

1- Real Estate Sales

- Sell residential properties from the company’s portfolio.

- Conduct property tours, provide detailed information, and negotiate offers on behalf of clients.

2- Client Engagement

- Interact with clients to understand their property requirements and preferences.

- Provide professional advice and guidance on buying, selling, and investment opportunities.

3- Lead Generation

- Generate and follow up on potential leads to expand the client base.

- Build and maintain a strong professional network to enhance business opportunities.

4- Market Analysis

- Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitor offerings.

- Provide clients with accurate and timely market insights.

5- Client Relationship Management

- Ensure clients are well-informed about available properties, their features, benefits, and pricing.

- Build strong, long-term relationships based on trust and transparency.

- Maintain regular communication with clients to support their evolving real estate needs.

6- Presentations and Site Visits

- Deliver engaging presentations and arrange site visits to help clients visualize their potential investments.

7- Deal Closure

- Facilitate timely completion of transactions and ensure all documentation and processes are accurately executed.

Requirements

* Only for NATIVE ARABIC SPEAKERS.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience (real estate experience preferred).

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.

- Analytical and problem-solving mindset.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

- High level of motivation and passion for sales and customer service.
