Sales Executives

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with experience in logistics and shipping sales. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, the ability to generate leads, and a passion for building long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities through cold-calling, networking, and prospecting
  • Identify customer needs and educate clients about our shipping and logistics solutions
  • Conduct market research and develop new customer accounts
  • Qualify prospects based on business size, requirements, and suitability
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Negotiate pricing and close sales deals effectively
  • Analyze customer requirements and provide customized logistics solutions
  • Track sales activities and maintain reports using Salesforce or CRM tools
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service
  • Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 years of experience in logistics or shipping sales
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to generate leads and convert prospects into clients
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Knowledge of current marketing and sales trends
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Experience using Salesforce or CRM software is preferred
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of sales processes
  • Leadership qualities and target-oriented mindset

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED8,000.00 per hour
