We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with experience in logistics and shipping sales. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, the ability to generate leads, and a passion for building long-term customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through cold-calling, networking, and prospecting
- Identify customer needs and educate clients about our shipping and logistics solutions
- Conduct market research and develop new customer accounts
- Qualify prospects based on business size, requirements, and suitability
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Negotiate pricing and close sales deals effectively
- Analyze customer requirements and provide customized logistics solutions
- Track sales activities and maintain reports using Salesforce or CRM tools
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets
Requirements
- Minimum 1 years of experience in logistics or shipping sales
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to generate leads and convert prospects into clients
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Knowledge of current marketing and sales trends
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience using Salesforce or CRM software is preferred
- Strong business acumen and understanding of sales processes
- Leadership qualities and target-oriented mindset
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED8,000.00 per hour
