Key Responsibilities
- Generate new leads and identify potential clients to support business expansion.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with investors, customers, and business partners.
- Monitor market trends and conduct research to uncover new opportunities and emerging demand.
- Consistently meet or surpass individual sales goals and revenue objectives.
- Maintain regular communication with prospects and clients, ensuring timely follow-ups and successful deal closures.
- Keep accurate records of client interactions and sales activities using CRM systems.
Qualifications & Skills
- Previous experience in a sales-focused role; exposure to the real estate sector will be an advantage.
- Must be graduated.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
- Strong drive to achieve targets and deliver measurable results.
- Ability to manage tasks independently while collaborating effectively with team members.
- Familiarity with real estate industry practices and regulations is preferred.
- Competency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM software.
