Sales Exeutive

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Executive to lead sales activities and expand market presence within Oman. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in trading & contracting, established industry connections, and a proven track record of developing profitable business relationships. This role requires proactive market engagement, customer relationship management, negotiation expertise, and the ability to drive consistent revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, pursue, and develop new business opportunities across local and regional markets in Oman.
• Manage and grow existing client accounts; maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Conduct regular market research to analyze competition, pricing trends, and customer demand.
• Prepare and deliver quotation proposals, commercial offers, and tenders.
• Negotiate sales contracts, pricing, and delivery terms to achieve profitable outcomes.
• Coordinate closely with procurement, logistics, and finance teams to ensure seamless order execution.
• Monitor sales pipeline, target achievements, and prepare periodic sales performance reports.
• Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings.
• Ensure all sales activities comply with local regulations, company policies, and ethical standards.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 4–7 years of proven sales experience
• Strong understanding of Omani commercial environment and market dynamics.
• Established customer network in Oman is highly advantageous.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills in English; Arabic language proficiency is a plus.
• Valid Oman driving license is preferred.

Pay: From RO300.000 per month
