. Sales & Negotiation Skills

  • Strong persuasion, closing, and contract negotiation capabilities.
  • Ability to explain value-based selling and ROI.

2. Technical Understanding

  • Basic knowledge of:
  • Solar PV systems (Rooftop/Utility)
  • Components: modules, inverters, structures, BOS
  • Site feasibility, shadow analysis, net metering policies
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into customer benefits.

3. Communication & Presentation Skills

  • Clear and professional communication (verbal & written).
  • Strong presentation and proposal pitching ability.

4. Customer Relationship Management

  • Skilled in nurturing long-term relationships.
  • Ability to understand customer pain points and deliver solutions.

5. Market & Policy Awareness

  • Knowledge of government policies, subsidies, DISCOM regulations, and tendering processes.

6. Analytical & Financial Skills

  • Understanding of payback periods, IRR, project costing, and savings calculations.
  • Ability to prepare financial models for clients.

7. Organizational & Time Management

  • Ability to prioritize leads, manage deadlines, and coordinate with multiple teams.

8. Tools Proficiency

  • CRM tools (Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • MS Excel, PowerPoint, and basic project management tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
