• Past sales and customer service experience

• Experience with Word, Excel, Google Sheets, and Slack

Responsibilities:

• Act as a pivotal component in our recruiting process, connecting talented individuals with their dream jobs!
• Work collaboratively to meet internal goals
• Partner with our account managers to ensure strong client retention
• Follow and adhere to various company Key Performance Indicators
• Collaborate with multiple internal teams to ensure seamless execution
• Become an integral part of the Talent Screening team to guarantee client success
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with clients, business associates, and team members
