This role has opened as we scale our export activities and increase demand for dedicated customer focus, enhanced market intelligence, and strategic sales development.
Getting a Flying Start
As our
Sales Export Manager
, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and driving export sales across multiple markets. You’ll develop and execute sales strategies, grow key accounts, and identify new business opportunities — ensuring our products and services remain competitive and aligned with market needs.
Your work will directly impact our revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and long-term market positioning.
How You Make An Impact
In this role, you will:

Build and deliver export sales development plans based on past performance, company strategy, and market trends.

Manage and control sales activities aligned with defined objectives and targets.

Participate in major contract discussions and negotiations with key customers.

Create new business opportunities through networking, prospecting, and customer follow-ups.

Support key account relationships and ensure strong customer satisfaction.

Serve as a bridge between sales, tendering, supply chain, and plant operations to ensure alignment on product availability, contract terms, and customer requirements.
Keep management informed through structured weekly, monthly, and annual reports.

Monitor competitors and market conditions — pricing, products, delivery schedules, and more.

Investigate and resolve customer complaints, providing solutions and recommendations
Your Starting Points

A degree in Electrical Engineering (preferred).

Experience in the cables industry, utilities, or oil & gas sector (a strong plus).

Advanced knowledge of Middle Eastern markets and their business landscape.

Strong background in sales, with a proven track record of developing and closing opportunities.

A customer-centric mindset and strong market awareness.

Ability to work across global teams with operational excellence and strong communication skills.
