Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling and leasing residential and/or commercial properties while delivering exceptional service to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new sales and leasing opportunities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, buyers, and tenants
• Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information to clients
• Negotiate sales and lease agreements to achieve the best outcomes
• Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitor activity
• Prepare and present property listings across various platforms
• Handle client inquiries and provide professional guidance throughout the transaction process
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements:

• Proven experience in real estate sales and/or leasing (preferred)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
• Knowledge of the local property market
• Valid driving license (if applicable)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
