Sales Force QA

Job Description

One of client is looking for a skilled Salesforce QA Engineer with 3–5 years of experience in testing Salesforce applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of Salesforce-based solutions through comprehensive testing and collaboration with development teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform functional, regression, and integration testing for Salesforce applications.
• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Validate Salesforce customizations including Apex, Lightning components, and workflows.
• Test Salesforce integrations with external systems using APIs.
• Identify, document, and track defects using tools such as Jira or similar platforms.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Participate in automation testing initiatives where applicable.

Required Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in QA or software testing.
• Hands-on experience testing Salesforce applications.
• Knowledge of Salesforce platform features such as Sales Cloud or Service Cloud.
• Experience with test management tools and bug tracking systems.
• Understanding of API testing and data validation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with automation tools (Selenium or similar).
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• Salesforce certification is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs200,000.00 - Rs300,000.00 per month
