The candidate will work across multiple Salesforce modules including Sales Cloud, CPQ, Marketing Cloud, and Experience Cloud, along with custom applications built on Salesforce.
Analyze and understand business and functional requirements.
Design and author detailed test cases and test scenarios using AI.
Execute functional, integration, regression, and smoke testing across Sales Cloud, Custom Risk app, CPQ, Marketing Cloud, and Experience Cloud modules
Validate end-to-end business scenarios covering lead-to-opportunity, quote-to-cash, campaign workflows, survey journeys, and customer / partner portal interactions
Test custom processes, page layouts, flows, validations, profiles, permissions, and integrations related to the Custom Risk app built on Sales Cloud
Validate Salesforce CPQ processes including product configuration, pricing, quote generation, approvals, amendments, and renewals
Prepare, maintain, and update test scenarios, test scripts, test data, and defect logs based on release changes, KTLO enhancements, and impact assessments
Support SIT, UAT, regression cycles, defect triage, retesting, and production validation for Salesforce releases and support changes
Collaborate with business analysts, admins, developers, product owners, and automation teams to improve test coverage and quality
Hands-on Salesforce testing experience in Sales Cloud including leads, accounts, contacts, opportunities, activities, and pipeline processes
Experience testing custom Salesforce applications such as a Risk app on Sales Cloud, including custom objects, workflows, flows, valida tions, and security models
Hands-on testing experience in Salesforce CPQ including product configuration, pricing, quoting, approvals, amendments, and renewals
Experience testing Marketing Cloud journeys, email campaigns, audience segmentation, and related integrations; exposure to Salesforce Surveys and feedback workflows
Experience supporting Experience Cloud testing and KTLO activities including portal functionality, user access, case flows, and content validation
Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes, integration testing, defect management, and test management / automation tools
4+ years of Salesforce testing experience across core CRM and digital engagement platforms
Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes across Sales, Risk operations, CPQ, Marketing, Surveys, and Experience Cloud
Experience with complex functional, integration, regression, and KTLO testing in Salesforce environments
Familiarity with structured test execution practices, Agile delivery models, and test automation tools is preferred
Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes across Sales, Risk operations, CPQ, Marketing, Surveys, and Experience Cloud. Extensive experience in atleast one of these Salesforce technologies is mandatory.
