About The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven
Senior Sales Executive
with solid experience in freight forwarding (sea & air). The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding our client base and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities

Build and maintain a strong client portfolio

Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve targets

Conduct regular meetings with prospective and existing clients

Collaborate with internal teams to close high-value deals

Follow up on client payments and credit terms
Requirements
-
3-5 years of experience in freight forwarding (sea & air)

Previous experience in Sales or Operations within the logistics industry

Strong understanding of shipping processes

Bachelor's degree (Business or related field preferred)

Proven track record of achieving sales targets

Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills

Experience in a multinational environment is a plus

Operational knowledge is an advantage
