What You'll Be Doing (The Core Mission):​

Sales & Enrollment: Manage the entire sales pipeline, welcoming clients (walk-ins/phone) and convincing potential students to enroll. You'll handle the full process from initial contact to contract finalization and payment.
​Administrative Hub: Process new student registrations, prepare contracts, and maintain accurate daily attendance records for both teachers and students.
​Operational Excellence: Coordinate class schedules, manage all student/family contact lists, and oversee WhatsApp communications for follow-ups and absentees.
​Reporting: Prepare concise daily sales and class situation reports for management.
​Center Environment: Maintain daily discipline and ensure a secure, professional, and welcoming atmosphere during working hours.

​Key Qualifications:

​Communication: Excellent persuasion and communication skills are a must.
​Language: Fluency in Turkish and English is essential. (Arabic or Persian is a significant advantage!)
​Tech Skills: Required proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for administrative tasks and reporting.
​Experience: Prior background in education, customer service, or sales is strongly desired.
​Attitude: Highly organized, friendly, confident, and responsible with a professional appearance and customer-focused approach.
​Availability: Able to work full-time (Monday–Saturday).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 25,000.00TRY - 35,000.00TRY per month
