Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy that drives revenue growth across all business units.

Lead, mentor, and oversee nationwide sales teams, ensuring strong performance, accountability, and target achievement.

Identify new business opportunities, expansion markets, and partnership channels to enhance market penetration.

Oversee sales forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis to support strategic decision-making.

Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Supply Chain to ensure alignment between commercial strategy and business objectives.

Build strong relationships with key partners, distributors, and major accounts to secure long-term contracts and improve profitability.

Monitor key sales KPIs, market indicators, and competitive activities, providing clear insights and actionable recommendations.

Drive the implementation of sales systems, CRM tools, and performance dashboards to enhance sales visibility and process efficiency.

Lead pricing, promotion, and product-mix strategies to maximize revenue and margin growth.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (MBA preferred).

Minimum 12–15 years of progressive sales experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role such as Head of Sales, Sales Director, or Sales GM, ideally within retail, home appliances & solutions sectors.

Strong track record of leading large sales teams and achieving ambitious revenue targets.

Deep understanding of the Saudi retail landscape, customer behavior, and competitive trends.
