Overview:
we are hiring a female Customer Service Representative for our Rawalpindi showroom. The role involves being the first point of contact for walk-in customers, guiding them through product selection, managing transactions, and building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers with product knowledge and recommendations
• Understand customer needs and suggest suitable wallpaper designs
• Process sales transactions and billing accurately
• Maintain showroom cleanliness, organization, and visual appeal
• Conduct follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business
• Support the sales team in achieving monthly targets

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: Intermediate
• Female candidates only (Rawalpindi residents preferred)
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of retail/customer service experience
• Strong communication skills in Urdu (English is an advantage)
• Pleasant personality, professional appearance, and customer-friendly attitude
• Ability to work long hours with commitment
• Confident in handling customers independently
