We are looking for a Sales & Growth Executive who can help us sell our SaaS products, market our company, and consistently generate sales.
This role is for someone who understands how SaaS businesses grow, not just someone who sends messages.
Responsibilities
- Sell our SaaS products to startups, SMEs, and businesses
- Generate qualified leads via outbound & inbound channels
- Handle sales calls, demos, follow-ups, and closing
- Create and execute sales & growth strategies
- Help position and market our company across relevant platforms
- Improve conversion funnels (lead → demo → paid customer)
- Collaborate with the technical team to align product & market needs
What You’ll Be Doing Practically
- Outreach via LinkedIn, email, communities, cold/warm leads
- Following up with interested prospects
- Explaining product value clearly (not just features)
- Closing monthly recurring SaaS deals
- Providing feedback from customers to improve the product
- Provide Product Demos
- Train on products and communicate with prospects
Requirements
- Experience selling SaaS / software / digital products
- Strong communication & persuasion skills
- Understanding of B2B sales cycles
- Comfortable with remote work & async communication
- Goal-driven, self-managed, and consistent
- Experience with CRMs, funnels, or lead tracking (a plus)

- Fixed Salary
