Job Title: Sales Head – Chennai

Location: Chennai

Salary: Up to ₹30,000 per month

Job Summary:

The Sales Head will be responsible for leading and managing the sales operations in the Chennai region. The role focuses on driving admissions growth, expanding institutional partnerships, and leading a team to achieve sales targets for Beat Educations’ training programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities through institutional tie-ups, student outreach, and corporate channels.
  • Lead and guide the local sales team to ensure consistent performance and productivity.
  • Build strong relationships with colleges, universities, and other educational partners.
  • Conduct field visits, presentations, and promotional activities to generate leads.
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and provide insights for business planning.
  • Report regularly to management on performance, targets, and team progress.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred).
  • 2–4 years of experience in sales, preferably in the education or training sector.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Target-oriented and self-driven with a passion for growth.
  • Willingness to travel within Chennai and nearby regions.
