Role Summary

The Sales Head will lead the overall sales strategy, team performance, and revenue generation for the company’s real estate portfolio. This role is responsible for creating and implementing effective sales plans, driving conversions, building channel partner networks, overseeing customer experience, and achieving sales targets across all projects.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Strategy & Planning

  • Develop, implement, and monitor annual and quarterly sales strategies for all projects.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and pricing studies.
  • Set sales targets, forecast revenue, and track performance metrics.
  • Ensure alignment between marketing initiatives and sales goals.

2. Team Leadership

  • Recruit, train, and manage sales managers, executives, and pre-sales teams.
  • Conduct performance reviews and implement incentive schemes.
  • Provide coaching to enhance negotiation, closing, and customer handling skills.

3. Revenue Generation

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Drive site visits, lead conversions, and high-quality customer interactions.
  • Manage inventory, pricing strategy, discount approvals, and deal closures.

4. Channel Partner & Broker Management

  • Build and expand a strong network of channel partners/brokers.
  • Conduct CP onboarding, training, and engagement programs.
  • Monitor CP performance and drive consistent lead flow and bookings.

5. Customer Relationship Management

  • Oversee the end-to-end customer journey from lead to handover.
  • Ensure seamless coordination between sales, CRM, legal, and finance teams.
  • Address escalated queries & ensure high customer satisfaction (NPS).

6. Sales Operations

  • Implement sales processes, SOPs, and CRM tools.
  • Track MIS, dashboards, and KPIs to drive data-based decision making.
  • Ensure compliance with RERA and company policies.

7. Collaboration & Coordination

  • Work closely with marketing for campaign planning, digital leads, and events.
  • Coordinate with project, finance, and design teams for updates and offerings.
  • Provide management with regular sales reports and project insights.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred).
  • 5-10 years of sales experience in real estate; minimum
  • Experience in residential/commercial/luxury/township projects

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
