Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Head to lead our sales operations at Enza Home Lahore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, driving business growth, enhancing customer satisfaction, and leading a dynamic team to meet and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales goals.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with brand objectives.
  • Monitor store performance, sales reports, and key metrics to ensure profitability and operational excellence.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, designers, and corporate clients.
  • Oversee showroom operations, ensuring premium customer service and brand representation.
  • Coordinate with marketing and visual merchandising teams to drive footfall and sales conversions.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
  • Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team product knowledge and selling techniques.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, sales standards, and visual display guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the head office on sales forecasting, inventory management, and promotional planning.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5–8 years of proven experience in retail sales management, preferably in the furniture, home décor, or luxury retail industry.
  • Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.
  • Track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent understanding of retail operations and customer experience management.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in sales reporting and performance analysis.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a dynamic retail environment.
