We’re Hiring | Sales Head – Real Estate
Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh
Experience: Senior level | 7+ years in real estate sales

We are seeking a high-performing Sales Head – Real Estate to lead our sales function, drive revenue growth, and build a strong, target-oriented sales team. The ideal candidate will bring strategic insight, leadership maturity, and hands-on experience in managing real estate sales operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
  • Develop and execute sales strategies and on-ground promotional activities
  • Monitor lead flow, lead quality, and improve conversion ratios
  • Train and mentor the team on product knowledge and closing techniques
  • Manage channel partners, brokers, and key business relationships
  • Onboard and activate new channel partners
  • Prepare and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sales MIS reports
  • Handle escalated client issues and ensure high customer satisfaction
  • Coordinate closely with marketing, CRM, and site teams
  • Conduct competitor analysis and identify new market opportunities
  • Drive team discipline, motivation, and regular performance reviews

Eligibility & Skills:

  • Graduate / Postgraduate (any discipline)
  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in real estate sales, including team handling
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
