Required:
Develop and execute the sales strategy aligned with the Free Zone’s commercial and economic objectives.
Lead and manage the sales team, setting targets, KPIs, and performance standards.
Drive new investor acquisition, retention, and expansion of existing clients.
Promote Free Zone services including company formation, licensing, warehouses, offices, and value-added services.
Oversee the preparation of sales proposals, quotations, and agreements in coordination with Legal and Finance.
Build strong relationships with investors, brokers, consultants, and strategic partners.
Monitor sales performance, pipeline, and forecasts; prepare regular reports for senior management.
Ensure full compliance with UAE regulations, Free Zone policies, and internal procedures.
Coordinate with Marketing on lead generation campaigns, events, and roadshows.
Support government initiatives related to investment promotion and economic development.
Handle key account management and high-value negotiations.
Continuously improve sales processes, CRM usage, and customer experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED13,000.00 per month
