Job Overview:

Rocklight, a growing leader in consumer electronics and sound systems, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Head to lead and scale its electric vehicle two wheeler across multiple states. This is a senior-level leadership role for someone with a strong track record in national-level sales, distribution management, and team leadership within the electronics or audio segment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive pan-India sales strategy for the Speaker Segment, focusing on revenue growth and market expansion.
• Lead and manage a state-wise sales team; ensure robust performance across all regions.
• Identify and develop new market opportunities across states through dealer, distributor, and retail network expansion.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and channel partners.
• Monitor sales targets and KPIs, analyze performance data, and generate reports for senior management.
• Work closely with product development and marketing teams to align sales efforts with product launches and promotional campaigns.
• Conduct regular state visits for field reviews, team training, and market feedback collection.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in the speaker/audio or consumer electronics industry.
• Proven experience managing multi-state sales operations and large teams.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and strategic planning skills.
• Ability to travel extensively for state visits and business development.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
