Sales Head - Cost Estimations

Interact Global is seeking a confident and results-driven Sales Closer to join our Cost Estimation & Construction team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for converting qualified leads into successful deals, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong negotiation ability, and experience dealing with U.S./international clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with inbound and outbound qualified leads and convert them into paying clients
• Conduct sales meetings, calls, and presentations with U.S.-based customers
• Understand client requirements related to construction estimation services and propose suitable solutions
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to successfully close deals
• Follow up with prospects and maintain a strong sales pipeline
• Collaborate with estimation and operations teams to ensure smooth project onboarding
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and report daily/weekly sales performance
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Sales Closer, Sales Executive, or similar role
• Experience in BPO, construction, cost estimation, or U.S. campaigns is a strong plus
• Excellent English communication (verbal & written)
• Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills
• Ability to work in U.S. time zone
• Target-oriented with a problem-solving mindset
• Experience with CRM tools and sales processes

Location: Wapda Town Phase 1
Shift Timing: Night Shift (5:30 PM – 2:30 AM)
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (Weekends Off)
