Position: Sales Head from IT Equipment

Location: Hyderabad, Telangana

Experience: 5 – 10 years of experience in IT Equipment

Salary: 12 - 14 LPA

Qualification: Any Degree

Job description:

⦁ Lead and manage the sales team to achieve business targets

⦁ Identify and pursue new business opportunities and markets

⦁ Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, especially in IT and corporate sectors

⦁ Handle the complete B2B sales cycle – from lead generation to deal closure

⦁ Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans

⦁ Conduct meetings and presentations with potential clients

⦁ Promote company products and services to meet client needs

⦁ Ensure high customer satisfaction and long-term client engagement

⦁ Guide and mentor junior sales team members

⦁ Monitor team performance and provide necessary support to achieve goals

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year
