We’re Hiring: Sales Head
Location: Kharian
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 06:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
Grand City is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Head to lead and drive our sales operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing high-performing teams, achieving revenue targets, and strengthening client relationships within the real estate sector.
This role is best suited for a strategic leader with strong market understanding, excellent communication skills, and proven experience in sales management and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the sales department to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies and growth plans
- Supervise, mentor, and motivate sales teams for high performance
- Monitor sales KPIs, pipelines, and conversion performance
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and business partners
- Identify new business opportunities and market expansion areas
- Coordinate with marketing teams to align campaigns with sales objectives
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses for management
- Ensure professional customer handling and excellent client experience
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 5–8 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in real estate
- Proven leadership and team management experience
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet ambitious targets
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales reporting tools
