Sales Head-Wealth management

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Head to lead our wealth management sales vertical. This role demands both strategic thinking and hands-on execution. You will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by acquiring and managing high-net-worth clients, building trust-based relationships, and leading sales strategies across products like mutual funds, insurance, and equity investments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead client acquisition and retention efforts for HNI and ultra-HNI portfolios

• Conduct in-person meetings, portfolio reviews, and financial planning sessions with clients

• Drive revenue growth across mutual funds, stocks, and insurance products

• Collaborate with the research and product teams to develop customized investment strategies

• Build and manage a high-performing sales team in the long run

• Represent the firm at networking events, industry forums, and client meets

• Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards

• Monitor performance metrics and deliver periodic business reports to senior leadership

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Wealth management: 5 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• CFA (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

• 50% (Preferred)
