About the Role:
The Growth Marketing Head will lead the bank’s Growth Strategy and drive scalable, data driven customer acquisition, retention and revenue growth though Brand, Content, SEO, GEO, ASO & Performance and manage the digital ecosystem (including the website, blogs and E-mail). The candidate must have in-depth marketing experience and a passion for digital technologies to own the entire growth marketing funnel- from awareness and acquisition to engagement and monetization. She/He will work closely with different teams to design and execute experiments that accelerate business growth and ensure consistency through all digital marketing channels.
This role demands a unique combination of analytical rigor, creative thinking, leadership and a deep understanding of the financial services landscape.
Job Responsibilities:
Growth Strategy & Leadership

Develop and execute bank’s growth marketing strategy aligned with the bank’s overall business goals.

Identify, prioritize and optimize customer acquisition and retention channels.

Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Analytics and Business teams to capitalize on growth opportunities and increase client satisfaction through cohesive strategies

Own the growth marketing budget- Optimize ROI across campaigns and initiatives

Drive growth of platforms leveraging content and SEO marketing and drive the brand, content and SEO strategy
Customer Acquisition and Activation

Drive digital acquisition, activation, retention and monitor competition.

Lead Performance marketing efforts across paid, organic and referral channels (eg Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, SEO, GEO, ASO and Affiliates)

Develop segmented acquisition campaigns for different customer personas to create and maintain high levels of customer interaction

Oversee social media accounts, manage and improve online content, considering SEO and Google Analytics

Optimize lead scoring, CRM workflows and automation systems for conversion efficiency.

Manage end to end funnel of conversion in collaboration with inside sales team of the Bank where required
Retention and Engagement

Analyse user behaviour (heat map / click stream data / drop off data) and key business problems to identify opportunities

Design and execute personalized lifecycle programs (email, push notifications, in-app communication) to increase engagement.

Define and manage key business events for campaign targeting and retargeting.

Track campaign wise conversions across segments & campaigns modes (campaign analysis, AB testing, funnel optimization)

Develop loyalty and referral programs
Education, Work Experience, Key Skill Set Requirements:

MBA from a Tier 1 / Tier 2 Business School

14-18 years of proven experience in growth marketing, digital marketing or performance marketing with significant focus on financial services, fintech or consumer tech

Demonstrable experience in designing and implementing successful digital marketing campaigns

Strong analytical and data driven decision making skills; proficiency with performance analytics and attribution.

Hands on experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, campaigns and CRM software
-
Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
