Vstar Exultation Destinations Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Sales Head – Wedding & Event Management to lead and grow our wedding and event sales vertical.
This role requires a strong sales strategist and team leader who understands luxury weddings, client servicing, and revenue growth. You will be responsible for driving business, managing key clients, and building a high-performing sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the sales function for weddings & events.
- Drive new business development and revenue growth.
- Handle HNI / premium clients and close high-value wedding projects.
- Prepare proposals, pricing, and negotiate contracts.
- Build, train, and manage the sales & client servicing team.
- Coordinate with design, production, and operations teams.
- Track sales targets, forecasts, and performance metrics.
- Develop partnerships with venues, planners, and vendors.
Skills & Experience Required
- 5–8 years experience in wedding, event, hospitality, or luxury sales.
- Proven track record of closing high-value wedding or event deals.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent client handling, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Good understanding of wedding décor, production, and execution.
- Fluent in English & Hindi.
- Willingness to work flexible hours as per event schedules.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
