Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media.
- Provide accurate information about products and technical specifications.
- Register customer orders in the system and verify all data.
- Coordinate the order process and transfer requests to authorized dealers.
- Follow up on customer cases until communication with the dealer is confirmed.
- Update customer and dealer data on the CRM system.
- Prepare reports on orders, feedback, and performance indicators.
- Build long-term, trust-based relationships with customers.
- Register new dealers and customers, and follow up to ensure proper communication.
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree, Business, Marketing, or a relevant field.
- Previous experience in selling technical equipment or machinery.
- Required Skills:
- Good understanding of basic mechanical components (motors, pumps, hoses).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to explain product features and technical details clearly.
- Experience+4 years in customer relationship management and after-sales follow-up.
- Proficiency in computer use and CRM systems.
